Tosca

When I was a young feller, I always assumed that when some old bloke said that someone had “Gone for a Tosca”, that the person in question was having a quiet break, and enjoying a now discontinued chocolate-covered snack bar.

But having seen Puccini’s Tosca two nights ago I now suspect it might have been Cockney Rhyming Slang all along…
